IPhone attachment issue ?

I tried sending my yahoo a txt and there isn't a option to attach a photo using safari on my iPhone. I also tried using the app that configures my email to my phone and they still is no option to attach a photo. So recap tried the Internet browser from phone direct page and mobile version. And the app on the phone and none have a option to attach photo. I can see my pictures it want let me save it to my phone or send
