Is trading away Plekanec and Avery for Mike Richards and Ryan Smyth fair?

Hi there, I was shopping around Avery since I was looking for a LW with better +/- (since mine have - ratings) and decided to take a run Ryan Smyth. Avery is very valuable for his PIM and I'm sure it would make him more attractive for a team lacking PIM. However I felt that the other person would feel the trade is heavily favoured in my favour so I decided to consider offering Plekanec and getting back Richards. I feel Plekanec will finish the year with more goals, more shots, and potentially higher +/-. I still think this trade is in my favour but I hope I've done enough to bait the other person into making this trade. If I could straight up trade Smyth for Avery, I would but I'm sure he wouldn't accept. So do you guys think I've done enough to bait him to accept the trade?
