If I marry irish man will I be able to live in Ireland?

I got a 3 month visa to Ireland. Then I had to come back to USA for 2 weeks. He is getting marriage papers ready and then I'm going back to Ireland. He seems to have decent $ though he lives above a pub in the boonies and not much net service. Can I just return to Ireland and live forever if we marry? I don't have any money, I'm on SSI and I owe student loan money. Is it this easy to get to Ireland?
