How will I know when father gets child support letter?

Basically, I received the papers on Saturday stating that a case has been opened up and what my rights and responsibilities are and how that its imperative I comply. Do you think that he has his papers too yet? (Asking because I have not heard anything from him about it) If not, when will he get them? His current address and telephone number was put on the application so it won't take that long to get into contact with him.
